New Years Salutations
Well, it is Dec. 30th, and as I reflect on how the great wheel of time has rolled around once again, I find myself under an unexplainable compunction to write and say to all my fellow TRIV members that even though I have killed very few ducks thus far this year, I am very glad I joined the Club this year. As a new guy I am still working on meeting and remembering everyone. more »

Times are hard duck hunting, I think I'm going to take a break for a while.
Focus from now until after the flood is over
A lot of folks keep calling me for updates and how to kill ducks in the next week or so. Here's my response: This is a 100 year flood, do the math. You should be focussed first on getting our club huntable so that we can hunt. Personally, I have been trying to keep housing from flooding for the last week and not so focussed on ducks. more »
I am sorry
This season has been rough for all duck hunters everywhere...I think i know a way to turn our luck around.
I forgot to wear my white shoes opening weekend. See, they actually got damaged...but i will have on white shoes this weekend.
THE DUCKS WILL POUR IN LIKE OPENING WEEKEND>
What is your favorite Harrisburg spot to find some real action?
FYI
If anyonw finds out the hard way, it is tough find your way up to Claypools area via Greenbriar or Roberts Road North... the roads are uncrossable. You will have more luck going North on 1 and cutting across westbound... get bent..
Thursday, Friday
I shall be over Thursday to hunt/work/pump and gather decoys. My pit schedule for this weekend are all in Section 2 and I will do what I can while there. If anyone else is hunting south I extend my hand to you and your team and maybe together we can share the work load.
Huntable Pits
I will be hunting Alabama on Tuesday, and I plan on bringing a pump to drain pit, after tuesday or even tuesday evening, Alabama will be huntable....OUT
