Focus from now until after the flood is over

A lot of folks keep calling me for updates and how to kill ducks in the next week or so. Here's my response: This is a 100 year flood, do the math. You should be focussed first on getting our club huntable so that we can hunt. Personally, I have been trying to keep housing from flooding for the last week and not so focussed on ducks. Specifically, I have been relifting water 12 hours a day, having people scuba dive to stop pipes from leaking and pulling people out of ditches(and front yards).
All that being said, dux can be had, but it's not the normal places, so come on over and have make due with what we have or stay on the couch, but have a smile and make the best of it.
If you want to help, bring boats and amphibious vehicles and let's round up 1500+ decoys before they escape forever. Bring pickle buckets and bilge pumps and we'll need to rebrush all pits as the camo is toast, I bet.
The river just crested and this water will eventually subside(hopefully this weekend) and we'll either cry over spilt milk or work like banchees and we'll smoke the ducks and gloat all of 2010.
Enough said, good luck.

Keep folks posted on work done as fields become available.
