"They're back!
Didn't see alot of ducks on the farm this weekend, but the ride back to Memphis was an awe inspiring moment. Ducks, ducks, and more ducks all on the move flying north. My son watched ducks flying from the ridge to West Memphis. Fields off I55 were buzzin with ducks. I'm assuming their time on the rivers is over.
Word is ducks are back!
Addison called and said he needs some "bang bang" at Triv. Says he saw one million ducks flying north to farm. Heard from another source too that says great hunts happened today.. I have to be honest, I am pissed.. I can't hunt till thursday!
Save me one greeny!

A little encouragement
I've hunted harder in the last week than I've hunted all my life. Invites to hunt different clubs with different people just keep popping up for some reason. I've accepted invites that I usually turn down and it has been the best hunting in my life, with the exception of most opening weeks. I usually wake up at 2:30 and have driven as many as 100 miles one way back to back. more »

GOOD news and BAD news
Well the good news is the ice is starting to thaw, some shallow fields have already thawed!the bad news is there aren't any birds. I rode around the whole county today and saw a total of 30 birds all day,and they are on the big water at the floodway. Its gonna take a couple more days for them to get back up here as long as they aren't comfortable where they are!Lets just hope the food is scarce.
conditions
Skated in to north bridge and skated out. Saw one group in west pond.
A bit ghostly on fArm.
All still locked up.
