I want to thank all of you for your concerns and thoughts and prayers in recovering from my injury. I think the worst is behind me but still have weeks of recovery ahead of me. I'm going to be very frank and brief. If I hear of a truck on any of the farm levees that aren't graveled, don't be surprised if you see a flaming vehicle on the farm that will scare the ducks.
Please check with your insurance agent to make sure there are no exclusions for fire or explosives.

Most dux I've seen in 2009. Carried out 3 limits before 8. Only 2 pits hunted on section 2.

1) I have a rash that keeps me from riding my mountain bike
2) My feet smell like the inside of a rhino's rectal cavity

George shot a banded drake pintail this afternoon out of the North Roberts field.

Yes, the ducks were slain today at the Claypool Pit. I have heard it on good authority that 11 limits were killed from the Claypools pit today with peak shooting hours from 9am-2pm (approx times). Several groups were cycled in and out of the pit to spread the wealth, kudos to those involved for sharing. I'm sure that hunt log entries will be forthcoming soon. more »

i am very impressed with the snow goose kill...i saw it in the driveway at TRIV. Not trying to be a hard A but i dont need a ticket as me and Andrew Peg. are the only people here right now. This is the second time this year i have been to the club and found birds left and no one here.The first time i found about 30 big ducks on the cleaning station and we had about three licenses in the house. more »
