Youth Hunt!
Anybody know what were doing this year for youth hunt? Who's coming over? Are we going to go to the frozen catfish ponds this year and let the kids play on the 8 inch ice while the dads stand on the shores with the youth guns winging birds:)?

For you folks that haven't made it over in the past for youth hunt, you might not have kids of your own, but grab a neighboorhood kid and come on over. This year, we don't even have to worry about ice.
It's a blast introducing the young ones like someone did or should have years ago. We are grilling out at the L10 @6 and everyone is welcome, just BYOMeat and take your shoes off at the door to keep from getting a citation.

Congrats to the kids that were lucky enough to make it over for this years youth hunt. Mild weather, good cooperation from the ducks and good time had by all. Hunters were, Hadden & Alton Burgess, Hunter Jr, Warren Gill, Henry & Daniel Kendrick, Gates & Hunter Canale, Christian Harden, Jake Hickman, Charlie & Billy Gswend & Garrett Stelling. Everyone got a shot at a duck and one case later, they wore out the clay pigeons as well. Hope you can make it next year if you had to miss this one.
