South Dakota Ducks Baby !!!

Just had to share...

Myself, "Thunder" Dan Taylor, and our friend Steve Byrd, were amoung a select few to recieve an out of state South Dakota waterfowl license this year.... As you may or may not know these license's are hard to get. Took 3 years but we did it! So while our adventures take us to South Dakota to kill Ringneck Pheasants in October, this year we also get the chance to spank a few fat South Dakota Mallards, and a few Canada's in the mornings over dry corn fields in layout blinds. A first for me and I am PUMPED !!!

But wait that's not all.... Steve and I plan to take a guided Walleye fishing trip on the Missouri River one day and to close out our trip with a chance to bag a couple of gobblers on a two day turkey hunt in southern South Dakota.

Two weeks of hunting with friends, eating all the red meat a man can stand, no shaving and I'm sure a few alcoholic beverages in there too...Sounds like a hunter's fantasy huh? Well it's all true...and I can't think of two finer gentelmen I'd rather do it with !!!

I'll make sure and take plenty of pictures to post.
