alabama looks dry......12 days ago i hunted it and it was a small lake, with a current, undertow, and small sharks swimming by. now (as of saturday afternoon) it looked like the sahara....did something blow out? Heads up.

Discovered the problem today with farmers. Total washout of the pipe which continues a year of firsts for us and flood issues. The water must have gotten over the levee and got the earth saturated and soft around the pipe causing a wash out.
When folks see water issues in a field, don't be shy to take atvs around to the low spots and see if you can locate issues. Every bit of help is appreciated on our vast farm.
We are attempting to get some workable dirt in and around the pipe so it can hold water for the rest of the season, so cross your fingers.
