MERRY CHRISTMAS To all you guys!! and a happy duck filled start to a new year!!!

I guess all the bad hunts make the good ones that much more sweeter. Two tough hunts and one sweet one this week. Hope more birds show up soon. I did see more yesterday than in a long time. Actually my son Denver and I had a fun hunt. Even though we only killed 5 it was great fun. I enjoyed the time with him. more »

Sure has been hangin out with you and your kids in AR so far. Bring those kids next week to imprint time with Dad. Just left camp and saw good numbers of ducks resting in the fields.

Latest stats hot off the wire show crime rising in those areas normally overseen by Randy. In fact yesterday, just to verify, I drove through Randy's area in my Borat swim suit, drinking Jack Daniels straight out of the bottle, at 110 mph with no molestation whatsoever. Randy has the pintail census at TRIV down to a "T", but we are having one helluva time over here...

Claypools pit has a leak!!! If you plan to hunt it take a bucket.

Randy gave me an update yesterday that was crucial to not being surprised when I went out to so House in the dark--thanks Randy!
As of today the pit is 2 inches under water.
The field can still be hunted but I would suggest limiting it to two folks--awful hard to keep alot of folks still.

Shop and west Rayburn have been bailed out. House is ready to be pumped. We are refiring up the relifts at section 2 to get n roberts and s bridge hunt able.
