Claypools pit has a leak!!! If you plan to hunt it take a bucket.

Randy gave me an update yesterday that was crucial to not being surprised when I went out to so House in the dark--thanks Randy!
As of today the pit is 2 inches under water.
The field can still be hunted but I would suggest limiting it to two folks--awful hard to keep alot of folks still.

Shop and west Rayburn have been bailed out. House is ready to be pumped. We are refiring up the relifts at section 2 to get n roberts and s bridge hunt able.

I noticed this on a website after getting back last night from a slow day on a diver duck hunt & thought I would share. We did get our limit of Canvasback however

It has been pumped, some decoys are on the levee South of the pit as well as the bench, sorry we ran out of time and were having pump troubles with the brand new one, ugh. There's about 50 decoys out and another 50 on the levee, so if you have extra time, please pitch in.

Any list of pits that are dry out there? I am hunting airstrip in am by myself, anyone know if it is dry? thanks
