A great afternoon hunt in Northbridge with my son, landon. I took him out for a his 10th birthday and let him do the shooting. This was his first hunt where he was allowed to shoot more than cripples. he impressed me with a clean kill shot on a greenhead, and took down a gadwall a few minutes later. Overall, the fathter-son team picked up 6 in a little over an hour. more »

Just a friendly reminder the Lucky 10 House is preparing their annual club breakfast for 3 Rivers Duck Club tomorrow. Hot breakfast will be served from 10:30 am until Noon at the house. For those who have not been to the L 10 house just drive south on Roberts Road past the Section 2 pits. We are the second house on the right. Looking forward to seeing everyone there.

Hunter asked me to post on his behalf that his draw tomorrow, North Roberts, will be available for the morning hunt tomorrow. Post a comment here if you're going to take him up on this, and text him to let him know.

He will be arriving sometime between 10 and 11 to hunt North Roberts, so plan accordingly.

If so, and you are up for a quick project....the roof vents need to be winterized, i.e., climb up on the roof and use trash bags and duct tape to cover the roof vents! Weather report says it will get down to 26 in Hburg tonight and we do not want a repeat of the great clubhouse flood that occurred last duck season. more »
