Times are computed from the sun rise and set tables by the U.S. Naval Observatory Astronomical Applications Department for Harrisburg, Arkansas. According to our game warden, Larry Williams, simply observing the sun rise and set calculated for Harrisburg, AR in your hunting practice will avoid the need to purchase any further special hunting permits in your area.
