The reservoir is wide open for all to hunt the last weekend of the season. Bring boat with blind and some long decoy string b/c it's pretty full right now and our two foot cords won't touch the first 1/8 of the bottom I bet. If there are no ducks, we'll have boat races and if there are no boats, will have breast stroke races....you get the idea. Just show up for the mayhem. If folks show up with boats and the ducks are thick, folks can watch from the bank and we'll take turns. more »

Hunted southbridge late saturday afternoon with my 2 boys and Steve R. and his 2 boys. They were tough little dudes to be out in 23 degree temps. Still a few high ducks left. Lots of geese, so I'm thinking a goose hunt is in order. If you are planning a hunt this week in south roberts, forget it, it is high and dry. Southbridge is getting that way fast, decoys are leaning. North roberts and north bridge still looking good. I have heard more people killing more birds in the north area. There is still some time left......Why not go out with a big bang. more »

I have a wader bag

The puppies are going fast.....we have 5 promised out. 3 are to non hunters. I really want these pups to go to somebody that will use them in the field. I prefer 3 rivers members first. Remember no papers but excellent field dogs. The price is bradley style ....cheap.

been slow this week. lots of birds off from 214 so it may turn on. i would try hunting a few of the pits that dont get hunted much. worked good for us on monday in the l10 field, but we have not been hunting at the river the rest the last couple of days. mouse

If you would like to get an early start with me ,I am going to pick up a few of the outer pits this weekend.Weather permitting I will do this.The job of doing this is large but if everyone pitches in it actually is fun.
It will probably be too cold but I will try.
