After Egg and I found a half dead spoon bill beside HWY 14. We proceeded to take him back to the 3Riv clubhouse, where we water boarded the poor bass to get him to tell us where all the dern ducks were... hours later with a spotlighted hot seat, multiple mokes, and with Egg going stir crazy, the spachum broke and told us all the ducks have been dressing up like geese for the last 4 days... more »

I hunted alone in the Claypool pit today. Shot a hen mallard in the beak. Saw a few ducks but lean times are upon us.
I will check in later. Oh yea!

I am sitting here at the clubhouse by myself. Still grinding it out. The birds have to pay. NOW. I will be in the pit at first light so feel free to call.
Update on the ducks: Yes they have pushed south with the front but do not give up. I will be there waiting.
