Why Do Good Things Happen to Bad People?
I just read Neely's version of how he killed a banded hen. You can all see that his modesty is about the same as his subtlety. I didn't get to see the "shot heard round the world" (at least it will be by the time Randy gets through telling about it),b/c I was in bed at the HB recovering from illness I've already described in a previous blog.
However, I did get to observe Randy's shooting abilities the next morning in West Raybourne(isn't that how it's spelled),and if you had seen what I saw, you'd never believe that duck is Randy's. We were completely frozen in, and busted ice froze back in 30 minutes. With no ducks in the sky, we commenced to throwing chunks of ice up in the air and shooting them. Oh, by the way, you guys feel free to ask Randy the Sharpshooter how many ice chunks he blasted. I felt sorry for the poor guy.

Yes, "Steady Stream" which is Dan's new Indian name give to him by yours truly, after two dozen trips to the bathroom and 3 rolls of toilet paper, which by the way Dan, you must now replace because you exceeded your quota for the year, Thunder Dan has now been replaced by "Steady Stream Dan", and since you were a lousy ice chunker, my ablility to hit poorly thrown chunks of ice does not do justice to my incredible shooting skills at waterfowl.
