Thunder To The Rescue!!!

A short time ago our good member Derek Walker blogged that Shop Pit was full of water. And when he blogged that he was right. We definitely need to warn each other when planned pits may not be up to snuff.

Shop pit was full of water at 2:30pm on Thursday. But at 3:30 pm it was bone dry on the inside b/c Ol' Thunder took his brand new pump and pumped it. No, don't thank me. I JUST WANT TO BE A BLESSING.

And, in my constant search to be a blessing, I also pumped out N. Roberts this morning. HUNTER, I WANT A STATUE OR SOMETHING!

Anyway, I need to go and put ice on my elbow from patting myself on the back, but I wanted you guys to know the status of Shop and N. Roberts.

Oh, and Hunter, so that my statue will be physically accurate, I am 6' 3", 195 lbs., and bear an uncanny resemblance to Paul Newman.

All is well.

Ole Thunder is soooo proud of his new pump. I heard he got in trouble in his neighborhood for pumping out three swimming pools and the pond on the golf course in which he lives.

A boy and his toy. Somebody blogged that Beedeville is low on water?...Get Thunder a longer hose and he'll pump from the Cache for ya....

And I'll leave the "longer hose" thing alone so Moo doesn't put me in "blog time out"

And Hunter?, don't worry about a statue for Thunder...I've got one of those Garden Gnome's lying around the house that should be PERFECT!
