T-riv house
This past weekend was a good assessment of what we have to pull off before opening weekend. We have some great guys that have kicked in and now we can kick it up a notch (ba- Bam). Nathan Tucker (if you don't know him- you will) is our local contact for help with the porch and our fire pit as well as the interior updates. We are gutting the main bath with a field stone shower and all the trimmins, Thank Big Alan when you get through scrubbin. With that said, I will be sending the room asignment out so the guys living there can get with their roomies and start pimping out your own rooms. All common areas will have updates posted weekly. If you have questions, time, materials or stuff (definition of stuff: furniture, mounts, building material, plumbing fixtures, fire place crap, lamps and home decor in general), let me know. You can email me pictures of the stuff or a list of what it is and I will let you know if we need to bring it. My cell is 901-496-8365.
Guys, I know we are all busy, this will hopefully help us maximize our time and schedule flexibility.

Three Rivers Members will finally be able to be proud of the club house. We have been working all month on plans and construction. I will post pictures next week. A quick run down, we have two brand new bathrooms, we have tiled all the floors (yes all) all the bed rooms, the den, the portch ect. This will make for an easier clean for the members and the maid that comes every Friday now. We are working on a new 5 ton HVAC (praise God we will have filtered air so no more sinus head aches). We are pouring the slabs (as I type) for the NEW screened porch, fire pit and the sidewalks to the cleaning station and the fire pit. We have a new stove and a full paint job inside the house and new rustic paneling. Oh, did I mention the new 55 inch LCD for the den that I am putting in this weekend along with surround sound. We are killing it so YOU the club can enjoy, be proud of and take care of OUR club house. Right now, it looks like somewhere between 10k and 12k has been spent. With said, I am still looking for furniture for the house and I have almost no money. Please look around and shoot me an email (johnmay70@gmail) with a picture of anything you have that we might use.
Thanks,
JohnnyMay
