I'm so excited, and I just can't hide it
I'm about to lose control and I think I like it
I'm so excited, and I just can't hide it
And I know, I know, I know, I know I know I want you

great Tip thanks! And that made me think of something. In many of the pits we (thanks Stiles) have welded hooks for this same purpose. Not all of the pits have hooks though, so if you notice one with no hooks, or a broken gate- post a blog about it. I will keep a list of improvements needed and have a head start for next year.

While hunting in a pit (which always has a little funk water
and/or rusty nastiness at the bottom) have you ever knocked your hunting bag or coat off the bench and down into the "spooge" ?
Here's a cheap, easy solution. Stop by a dept. store (Bed,Bath and Beyond) and pick up an over the door hanger, like for a robe. The kind with 2 hangers works best. They are usually chrome so, wrap a little camo tape on it. Hang it on the edge of the pit. Now, you have a place to hang your bag, coat, gloves or whatever. Your stuff will be easy to get to and won't get knocked down in the pit. I've been using them for years and it works great.
See ya'll Friday !!! Quack, Quack, Dean
