NO TRUCKS on DIRT ROADS
Hello All,
We've had multiple reports of trucks driving on the Split Road and the dirt road that borders Yankee in Section Two. This is a big problem, because it destroys our farm with rutted roads.
For new members, the Split Road is the super-important, very fragile dirt road that separates the North Bridge/Roberts field from the South Bridge/Roberts field.
My apologies if we did not inform you before the season, but this road is ABSOLUTELY OFF-LIMITS to trucks. ATV/4-wheeler and foot traffic is obviously welcome. By the standards of the farms we hunt, there is no acceptable reason for trucks to be on this road.
That's the rule for the Split Road.
What about other roads? Here are the rules to follow:
- Dirt roads: foot and ATV/4-wheeler traffic is welcome. Trucks are definitely not.
- Gravel roads (such as the fish pond roads): If they are dry and not rutted, trucks are ok. If it's raining, take a 4-wheeler.

...I'm just sad to see this thread ending...it was just startin' to get sporty
@Auto5man
OK, That was a good one. I yield.
I got a good belly laugh on that one...
How you chaps do carry on
@Auto5man
Moo was clever enough to include an Edit Feature on our website. Sometimes Moo even edits my posts for me. Some of us Gen Xers (people younger than you) are a little lazy with Syntax and Grammar. We have however created a whole new language based on acronyms. Look this one up "KMA"
Ah Bradley, I wish we could attribute that horrible grammar to a typo. But really..."I've see mud"....
Moo, block this blog.
Mud can work it's way into a crusty old man like Dan....
Furthermore, Gentlemen,
Always remember one of my favorite sayings: " There's no mud on the high road."
If we all lived by that, the world would be a better place, and there would be no divorce lawyers.
