Man I Love the Ice!!!!!!!!!
Just wanted to tell you guys that the ice and cold temps are not necessarily a bad thing. Had the luck of killing a s--t pot load of big fat green heads. Had the pleasure to hunt with the some great people the last couple days.
We killed limits every day in the snow ,ice and 13 degrees, man was it cold !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Find the birds, watch the birds, kill the birds. Well time to get back to work sometime this month.See you all the last 8 days

Full bodies on dry bean fields and open water in ditches. Talked to some members this pm that found some to setup on in the am. This should be a great thaw!
Chop, When you gonna log those ducks?
Hey Chop...I know that Dan has been around lately. Could you please check on the toilet paper inventory in the bathrooms at HB?

Actually - truth be told - Chop set his gal out as a decoy and they all came bustin' in (no pun intended).

I now see my problem. I was only "finding" then "killing". I was completely missing step two. Thanks Chop, I just couldn't put my finger on the missing ingredient.
Man I wish I could share this. I have friends that are "watching" and "killing" and some that are "finding" and "watching" but who knew it took all three, AND in order!
Chop, you Da Duck Man for sure!
P.S. Were decoys involved or should that be a given?

Dan you got more wisdom than I could ever come up with. But I am glad that I can help you out .This advice is free so I hope that when you give me some it is free too!!
Man, I am learning a virtual plethora of hunting wisdom from this club. Let me make sure I've got this down right- "find the birds, watch the birds, kill the birds". Porkchop, do you mind if I use this info outside the club, or is this something we should all keep close to the vest? You know, sometimes non-members read this stuff, so we might want Moo to block this blog. Moo, are you out there? If so, pull this blog immediately or we'll have everybody in Arkansas using the "Find,Watch,Kill" method!! (Maybe we can use code and call it FWK, but that looks an awful lot like a bad word.)
Anyway, thank you,Porkchop. I feel like I've reached a whole new level of duck hunting. My mind feels sharper, the air seems crisper, my shells seem deadlier, all because you have introduced me to FWK. I'll never forget this moment.
