A Lot of Rain
I'm at the den now and it has been raining hard all day and expecting a lot more tomorrow after a 3-5 inch snow last week. Bring water scoops for the pits and make sure you check your hunting spot the day before so there's no surprises. I've got a 3 inch Honda relift that I'm glad to loan out if needed, but please return in good shape.
Not to freak anyone out bc well have most the pits hunable, but plan on some bailing and rebrushing after this weather.
Good news is clear and cold in the forecast!

Also, plan on rebrushing your pit. Not a big deal, just take enough zip ties and already cut straw from the n shop and brush before, after or during your hunt. This will drastically improve our odds as soaked straw can be tuff to work with.
Then well be good till the next storm or as needed.
