He's BAaack

Overdid it yesterday a little and have been tired today, but feel good. Nina got me a girdle that helps hold pressure and Grover redid my steristrips that were coming off. Guest of Kevin at a great resort called the Timbers that is very comfy. Just took a bath and feel like a 100 bux, ok maybe 75. We are coming home late wed night and get caught up on everything. Grover tells me its going to take a couple months to get to feeling like normal if I don't push it. If I do push it, he is using scare tactics to make me take it easy for awhile.
Thanks for everyone's help and prayers. This has been a great time with Lisa and friends and family. A lot of time to slow down and reflect on how good I have it with family and friends who care about me.

Rolled over at 4 am and after some birthing pains, squeaked out a nice firm silent but deadly followed by the best audible fart I've ever made. Paged the sweet night nurses and had begees blasting on the iPhone. Watched them dance with Nina and they watched me power down the best ice chips ever. I think I ate too many with all the abdomnial pain, but I won't tell geneene if you don't. Shell cut my second meal from soup broth to sweat or something less.
I'm down about 20lbs and ready to get back to fighten wieght. Grover is on the way to help Nina, so gonna be a good day.
