Good Article on Hunting Safely in Boats
Hey Guys,
I think most of us have had an immersion or two in our hunt careers, but as this article at American Hunter says, "Because hunting, and not a day on the water, is the focus, some hunters don’t properly consider the dangers the water can pose."
Not too long ago, a colleague of mine died while canoeing the Mississippi River on a very cold winter day, despite the fact that he had a LOT of prior experience and was in triathalon shape. Speaking of boating, I need to get Grover to recall the story, "Hunting the St. Francis in The Swinger". It was epic, over-the-top duck chasing where boats figured prominently!
