put down on your calender the work days!
as we have more pits this year. I have been a member here at the riv for over 10 years and I know that when you come over for work days you are only helping yourself. You learn where all the pits are and how to get to them. There are going to be certain pits this year that are not going to be able to be driven to in a truck.
By that I mean parking and 4wheelin in.
So do yourself a favor and make the work days so you can be ahead of the game.Don't roll into the club fri nite and say.....where is the greenbriar pit? B/c you will not be able to find it in the dark sat morning.
I know that sounds harsh but it happens every year.
Nothing ticks me off more than having my team in the north bridge pit on time and have another team wandering around in the south bridge field yelling at eachother LOST!

OK thank you for your time. Don't think I am grumpy but I want to get people fired up and ready for duck season.

Uncle Bill, Michael and I fired up the gps and the chainsaws and weedeaters and made a sweet trail to GreenBriar timber whole. The work day was cut a little short when he got a call from the wife that she was heading to the hospital with contractions. He wanted to stay more, but we ran him back to the truck to stay in good graces with the wife. No baby yet, but any day now.....

and ready to go. I'll be there with bells and whistles on pumping out pits.....I wonder if the pump intake nozzle will handle snakes, or will we have to do those by hand...
