Gentleman, last year I hunted 36 days... but as many of you know I am taking the big dive into blissful marriage on Oct. 3rd of this year. Can anyone offer any "real-world" advice on how to keep a happy wife and still hunt?

As many of you know, I was in the process of breeding my 5 yr old black lab DaKota. Last year we kept track of birds, and she personally picked up 341 ducks last season! She is a great family dog and a rockin' hunter! Her sire was a yellow lab out of Silver Lodge Kennels. So today we got an ultrasound and it showed anywhere between 5 and 8 puppies! more »

Just letting all you drunken gamblers know, back by popular demand, we are having another poker night down at Andy's house this Friday night, Feb 6th. I have got a 10 man poker table, plenty of duck and rice cooked up, and mutiple beds for crashing (anti-DUI)... so bring some booze and your shotgun down to Mississippi for good times.
