Come on guys, where's all the chatter? 6 Weeks...are you duck hunters or what? Who bought a new gun. Who's got a new dog? Who just got out of jail or off probation? Who's got a new baby? OH that's right, AJ does, Congrats to The Duckman !!!! I bet that kid has a bottle with a duck call on the end of it....LOL

Like a walk through a grave yard in here.....Time to start things off on what will be a great season I'm sure,

Here's some new tricks in Randy's bag:

Picked up a dozen fully flocked Speck decoys and I'm using them everytime I hunt. My son and I are decent callers and can always have them Specks give us a good look, and from time to time sucker one or two into gun range. But a friend of my son's told him all it takes is a couple decoys and that will ususlly get them Specks to lock wings and sail on in...so we shall see.

Hope you all are well and in good spirits, if not they make alcohol just for that !!!!

Randy, I detailed the wheeler today and thought how ironic that I clean it prior to duck hunting. I've got the fever.

Can't think about ducks yet. Too excited thinking about leaving for SD next week. The high up there tomorrow will be 54, w/ a low of 27. Predicted high for first day of hunt is 71, w/ low of 41. Love it.

I here ya, but the boys will get fired up when the cooler weather hits. As I type, I'm at the den working on lockers on the North side. Will post some pictures when I get time, but gonna be very sweet.
Saw my first flock of specs yesterday and made my heart pound a bit. They're comin.
