Bowden Jr. and Bowden Sr. weathered an early afternoon squall and late afternoon high winds to bag 10 ducks on Sunday, Dec. 3. The tally is as follows:
3 Drake mallards
2 Hen mallards
1 male greenwing teal
1 male gadwall
2 male shovelers
1 female gadwall

Not knowing what to expect, it turned out to be an absolutely awesome hunt with both of us getting to do lots of shooting. Many ducks to watch along with several dropping from high altitude, combined with several weather changes provided for an exciting afternoon.
