Schedule Housekeeping

Hey guys, we've been watching scheduling and it looks like there are a few folks that are claiming pits and changing their minds for whatever reason and not going. What happens then is the remaining folks on your team are left scheduled to hunt a pit that they didn't claim and the pit sits vacant or at least with other folks that are at the club wondering what's going on.
The solution is real simple. Don't claim a pit unless you know you are going there and you've got until 9 PM the night before to claim it, so what's the rush? Now if you're a planner and just like to schedule 6 or 7 days out and know that your schedule won't change, that's fine too, but just know that the one beauty of a large club is a lot of options and you are tying yourself down before you know what part of the farm ducks are using that day.
