First Official Workday, this saturday 8 AM

OK guys, time to roll up your sleeves and come over after trick or treating or we'll see you first thing Saturday morning. This weekend, we are planning on cleaning and brushing all pits in the ground and taking decoys to the pits. Since the fields are so dry right now, we should be able to get most of the pit work done this weekend.

Here's the plan, Saturday morning, as early as possible, meet Andy/Dave at the North shop by the Roberts Reservoir and load up enough decoys, rice bundles and shovel/bailer for cleaning one pit squeaky clean to make Dave not harass you(all you have to do make it so that your mother would be proud of your cleaning job). Andy/Dave will tell you which pit to go to, get it done and hustle back for your next pit.

Bring flat shovels and anything you have to bail out the remaining few inches of water that Dave we can't pump with relift.

We'll have lunch brought out to the shop, so no worries on packing a lunch.

Folks that are coming over Friday night, help Andy with cutting a couple truck loads of rice straw so that we can have bundles ready for the pit crews early in the AM.

For those of you who forgot how to get to the club, get to Harrisburg and head West on 14 about 5 miles, keep going accross Languille river bridge another mile or so until you see a red brick house with cypress trees bordering a horseshoe driveway. That's the main clubhouse and to get to the North shop, keep heading West on 14 past the house and take your first gravel road to the right until it veers left and you'll see Andy and a bunch of trucks.
