The temperature are about to warm back up from sub zero temp's to just freezing temp's. We are doing better in the middle part of the day. Here is my game plan for the next three day's is to wake up about 8am, go to the pit break my up the ice around the pit ( Which my pit location is classified info) let the sun and wind blow/melt the chunk ice up and out of my hole.. more »

For all you who have been praying like I have for a good strong cold front I think our prayers have been answered!! For the last couple of days we have been see in a lot of birds coming from the north and a lot of them as George Washington would say " Them's Big Ducks Son!!! "... I'm a firm believer that your bigger concentrations of ducks do follow the frost line... more »

Yup, decoys, decoys and more decoys. We are finishing pressure washing decoys, removing old line, adding new line system(swivel, 300 lb camo mono from GA, 3.5 foot long with 4-5 oz wt) and branding or engraving the TR on the keels.

Hey folks! Opening weekend starts on November 20th. We would like to have everything ready the weekend before, November 13th, so that we can start the season off right! We will have workdays on the weekends of October 23, 30, November 6, and 13. The more workdays that you come to, the better you will learn the farm before the season starts. more »
