Anyone at TRIV clubhouse today?

If so, and you are up for a quick project....the roof vents need to be winterized, i.e., climb up on the roof and use trash bags and duct tape to cover the roof vents! Weather report says it will get down to 26 in Hburg tonight and we do not want a repeat of the great clubhouse flood that occurred last duck season. The water pipes in the attic are vulnerable as they are uninsulated....if the roof vents are not covered it will be a recipe for disaster. Also make sure the heat is set at a respectable level. If you are able to do this please respond to this blog post.
